Fly me to the moon.

As you all know I am having a very hard time deciding on any sort of colors for our baby room. I keep going back and forth and looking for ideas but not finding any. I thought by having a color choice for the furniture locked down, the rest would just come to me, but alas it has not.

But that does not mean that I can't fall in love with accessories for the room or that grandma's cant either! The first decor for the baby's room is these two beautiful pictures:

These are courtesy Granny Kathy. Aren't they pretty? Especially since no matter what color I finally decide on these will go perfectly. I even know exactly where they will go in the room...see, I can make SOME decisions!

  2. Those are great! The room will look fab when it is done. With our 2nd baby I couldn't decide on a theme or colors. In fact I was in the hospital after delivering baby boy #2 and my husband had to go home and put together furniture... it took me that long to decide. I don't recommend that. It is really quite stressful and hubs doesn't enjoy putting together a changing table when he has had little sleep!

  5. Well, the muted reds, blues and yellows jump out to me. But whatever you choose, you're right, those will look amazing!

  6. Those pictures are adorable. And you will have unlimited color options, too. The nice thing about those is those can stay in baby's room even when he's not a baby anymore. I wish I could go back and get rid of the baby yellow and greens we did our nursery in... and go with browns. oh well! :-)

  7. Wow, those pictures are fabulous and they can stay through out his entire life! He can even hang them in his office (when he is a doctor, of course)! We can all say we knew those pictures before you even got here!
