Calling Mr. Vain

I must admit, I've never really thought of myself as a vain person, I just like nice things. One of my most prized possessions (which will change come February) are the shoes in the above picture. They are uber designer and cost a pretty penny and the thought of my little feet not fitting into them in the near future makes me want to cry. Can you see why? They are fabulous, sexy and hot. I guess for them there will always be ebay. *cries at the thought of boxing them up and sending them away*

Want to know why Friday's mean photo? Head over to Candid Carrie and find out and then join in the fun!

  5. Trying this again as I wanted to say it all in one post not two.

Congrats on the baby. I hope the pregnancy goes smooth.

Great shoes! Remember, another great pair will come along before you know it. I could never do them justice. I'd be falling all over the place. Found you through Carrie too.

  6. Think positive. you may be able to wear them again. My feet grew during pregnancy but shrank back down to normal size a few months after giving birth.

  9. Uhmmmm why would you need to get rid of them??? I mean you can box them up for a year or two but your feet will get back to normal in time and when you go on a date w/ hubby and leave baby with a babysitter ... you very well can wear those hubba-hubba shoes again ;)

  10. I have an idea! Instead of ebay, have a blog contest and give the shoes to ME, errr, i mean the winner. hee hee hee...

  11. Do NOT get rid of those shoes! Keep your feet propped up whenever you can, and save those shoes for after the baby is born. The swelling will subside and you can wear them again.

  13. Gorgeous - but I have to admit I can't even walk in heels that high. If it makes you feel any better at all, and I don't want to get your hopes up here, but I am back down to my previous shoe size after having two babies. And I went and got rid of a bunch of shoes thinking they'd never fit again, but now, sure enough, I'm back to a size 7 many months later and wishing I'd waited a bit longer. Don't send them off just yet:)

  18. Those are gorgeous shoes (and I'm not a shoe person); quite honestly, they would kill my feet, but your feet look uber cute in them!!!

  22. Love. Those. Shoes.

Don't go auctioning off those shoes too quick! My feet grew 1/2 size larger but that was AFTER my third baby. I'm sure a couple months after your baby comes, you'll be struttin' your stuff in those again! If not, send them struttin' my way! LOL
