Time for my Sunday posting ritual, linking up with All Things Fadra and her Stream of Conciousness Sunday meme. 5 minutes, unedited and hit publish.
I'm a Libra and by nature that means I enjoy things to be fair and balalnced. I like a yin to my yang. I can see both sides to a problem and usually stand firmly in the middle. Only now, in this moment? I can't. I can't seem to see how to balance two children. And all the help in the world? It isn't going to help.
Hubby has been home for a while now and I can tell he needs his balance. His balance is work and as much as he wants to help me, he needs to take a breather and do something unrelated to a toddler, dirty diapers or reasoning with the unreasonable. His work balances him and he needs it.
The balance I need has to do with myself and the kids. Each one has different needs and each day I wake up trying to decide how those needs will be met when Hubby goes back to work. The only way I can think of fiding this balance is to be thrown into it. I need to wake up and know that even though I am exhausted, I have to atend to the toddler. I need to wake up and know I CAN do it. That I will do it. Maybe taking each day hour by hour is a start? I need to start small and work my way up to big.
I need to find my balance...I welcome finding my balance...and making it look easy.
